در سالهای آخر دهه 1980 آزمون Occupational English Test (OET) به ابتکار دکتر مکنامارا و درخواست دولت استرالیا برای سنجش و ارزیابی بکار گیری زبان در حوزه های تخصصی حرفه و فن و به ویژه حوزه های پزشکی ابداع و طراحی گردید. در این آزمون تستهای ویژه هر رشته و یا شاخه تخصصی طراحی و از داوطلبین شرکت در آزمون در همان حوزه تخصصی خود اقدام به اخذ آزمون مینماید. در حال حاضر استرالیا مهمترین کشوری که این آزمون مورد پذیرش قرار میدهد. اهمیت این آزمون بیشتر برای کسانی است که بدلیل حرفه و تخصص قصد مهاجرت به استرالیا را دارند.
با توجه به شرایط ویژه و تقاضاهای متنوع ( تنوع از نظر حوزه تخصصی) امکان برگزاری کلاس های گروهی در این بخش فراهم نمیباشد و تنها بصورت خصوصی برگزار میشود. موسسه علامه سخن اولین و تنها موسسه ایست که در این حوزه فعالیت آموزشی دارد.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
